How reliable is Boutros Tours in Greece?

I recently used Boutros Tours in Athens Greece, for a much need vacation. This agency was top notch! They worked with me every inch of the way. I made several changes to the itinerary and my agent Mina  Reservation Manager did it without any questions.

While connecting to a flight in Frankfurt Germany, my passport was stolen so I had to stay in Germany 2 days until I could get it replaced from the U.S. Embassy.

I called Mina to explain, she told me not to worry and when I get my new flight interinery she'd take care of everything, and that she did. My driver was waiting upon my arrival she made additional arrangements where my vacation wasn't destroyed.

The 3 day Classical Tours was awesome and every meal was included except lunch. The hotels she chose was 1st class and the meals were absolutely fantastic. I can not thank Boutros Tours enough for making this a wonderful vacation.

Dear Boutros Tours, May I commend your company for providing us with an unforgettable stay in Greece. We are a group of 12 Filipinos, under Imelda Rubiano and Party, who stayed at the Delphi Art Hotel from October 29-Nov 1, 2012. The hotel was excellent most specially all those working in the hotel. The breakfast and dinner was likewise very good. Lily, our guide was fantastic with the information she gave to all of us about the places that we went to including the areas we didn't go to. The Aegean flight to Greece and going out of Greece was good except the check in counter was a bit strict with regards to baggage weight. But altogether we had a great time in Greece. With regards to the hotel, the food, the guide and the bus service are very commendable. Thank you very much. We hope to be back and see more of Greece and we'll definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Thanks again! God bless.
